To deliver to various parts of the country we have partnered with various bus couriers. They charge different rates. We strive to use the cheapest and most reliable logistics partner.

How to Return  

​

You have ​5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the  proof of purchase. To return the product you can drop it at our store or send it as a package.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

​

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

Refunds

​

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Mpesa (or original method of payment).

You will receive the funds within a business day, depending on the method used for payment.

Shipping

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​ refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
